Currently, STMicroelectronics Noida has a vacancy for an Analog Design Engineer role.

Job description:

Design, Implementation  & Testing of NVM  memories for BCD technologies.

Building area efficient low power & robust designs of non volatile memories for BCD technology nodes , with focus on state of art design & high voltage management inside IPs.

Participate & work closely for silicon maturity of IPs developed.
Profile (candidate's skills)
The person will be working in an R&D environment on multiple domains.

There will be across site work .

Experience Profile:

  • Hands-on experience in analog circuits like current mirror, voltage regulators, amplifiers and high voltage generation circuits (charge pump)
  • Experience of the Block level, Top level verification and mixed mode simulation
  • Experience in different eNVM solutions like ePCM, eFLASH, MRAM etc.
  • Experience in BCD technologies is add-on.
  • The person should be a good team player  & work with remote sites.
