Required Qualifications:
- PhD or Masters student enrolled in an accredited program - Microelectronics/VLSI
- Ideally you have gained some practical experience either in the student or academic projects in Analog Mixed-Signal Design (Silicon) in any of the following areas: LDO Regulator/Chargepump/Bandgaps/DC-DC Buck and/or Boost Converters/Temperature Sensors/ Battery Management (Monitor/Charger) circuits/Data Converters (ADC/DACs)/Clocking (PLLs)/Data recovery circuits/Oscillators/Current &Voltage Sense Amplifiers/Gate Drivers etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Enrolled PhD Students with specialization in any of Analog and Mixed Signal Design areas (more preferable)
- Students from IIT/NIT institutions
- Good knowledge of CMOS/BCD/FINFET technologies and Device Physics
- Hands on knowledge of state of the art Custom Mixed Signal Design Flows
- Programming experience applicable to design flow automation tasks
- You are flexible, highly motivated and have a team-oriented working style
- Minimum of 3 months experience with UNIX environment.
- Excellent academic standing, Attention to detail and Learning skills
- Self-motivated & able to take ownership of assignments, develop work plans and proactively seek feedback to ensure objectives are aligned and met
- Strong written and oral communications skills
