About the CTS group:
- CTS (Clock and Timing Solution) product line in India focuses on development of state of the art high performance RF PLLs (20 GHz and beyond), modulator / demodulator, BAW based oscillator, clock generator, Clock multipliers (~40 GHz) etc. The focus of the team is to create differentiated and high performance parts for Aerospace and Defense market. These products are done in BiCMOS / CMOS processes. Whole product development happens in India from involvement in product definition to design, Verification, layout, silicon validation etc. We are looking for a passionate, creative and self-driven engineer who would come up with innovative solutions to make a difference.
Job Description:
- RF designer for Industry’s leading edge high-performance analog products – RF PLLs, Clock Multipliers, Mod/Demod etc.
The job involves working with the system/marketing team to define specifications, coming up with the architecture, circuit design, verification, silicon validation etc. Innovation is the key to success of these kind of devices so good understanding of circuit fundamentals is essential.
Basic Qualifications:
- University Degree in electrical/electronic engineering with professional experience in Analog Design
- Basic Knowledge in semiconductor technology
- Experience in silicon debug and characterization is a plus
- Willingness to learn
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to function independently
- 2+ years of experience
